The line-up for the regional finals of this year’s Voneus Village Cup have been confirmed.
The outstanding regional semi-final fixtures were completed yesterday ahead of the next round, due to be held across the country this coming Sunday.
In South Lancashire, Woodhouses, who were national semi-finalists last year, defeated Sedgwick by seven wickets and will now face Ainsdale.
Two Midlands group finals were also decided; in Northamptonshire, Loddington & Mawsley beat Kimbolton by 31 runs and will now play Haddon, while the Warwickshire final will be contested between Stockton Star and Fillongley after the former beat Water Orton by ten wickets.
